No parking Tue. What's up for Easter?

Easter equals marshmallows. You know, fertility, chicks (the clucking kind), eggs, marshmallows, get it? Anyhoo, we've made — by hand, from scratch — a batch of yummy Red Velvet Marshmallow Squares. Yep, another Cupcake Truck original. And as if that's not good enough, we've gilded the lily and dipped them in white chocolate and sprinkles. You just gotta stop into our store and try one!

If you do make it to the store, it's Two-fer Tuesday. So bring a friend and you'll both get freebies. If you can't make it, we'll see you at the Truck later this week and we'll try to make more of those mmmarshmallows and other Easter treats.

Lots of people have lots of great ideas about how to save the earth. We just try to the best we can every day to build a sustainable business. It's not easy but we do what we can like using natural paper boxes and sourcing all-natural, local/regional or organic ingredients whenever possible. We hope you will do what you can this Earth Day and every day. If you're in the New Haven area, here's an idea. Check out the Elm City Market Food Co-op and become a member. Support this effort that's bringing fresh, healthy, affordable food to local residents.
