Hey Truckers!
Firstly, a special howdy to all of our new friends in Stamford. We had a great time with you guys yesterday and hope to visit again soon.
Secondly, we have been working really hard at maintaining our culinary/business integrity as we grow our delicious little business and if that means we keep politely declining Food Network's Cupcake Wars and Food Truck Race invitations then so be it....
Competitive programs like these can sometimes be fun to watch from the sidelines but if you really care about food and quality then we think it's hard, in all good conscience, to participate.
We are in the midst of finishing up Truck #2 (hopefully by the end of November) and there may be some other fun things by then also.
