We'll be parking the Truck at the VA Hospital tomorrow, 25 Science Park on Thursday and College Street on Friday. Weather permitting, of course. We'll also be bringing some new goodies with us.
FLAVOR O' THE MONTH
The first will be a quintessential New England/winter flavor, Maple Walnut cupcakes. Look for them on Fridays this month.
MINIMIZE ME
You asked for 'em and with so many of us watching our waistlines, we figured this time of year is a great time to debut our mini cupcakes. We'll start off with mini versions of our daily mainstays, Chocolate and Red Velvet, and see where things go from there.
VOTE FOR VEGAN DAY!
Finally, we want to show the vegans out there some love this year. If you ask us and some of our customers, we bake some mean (really good) vegan cupcakes (Chocolate and Vanilla). These aren't the heavy, muffiny things you may be used to but light, airy, cakey mouthfuls of yumminess that are made with organic soy milk, unbleached flour and nonhydrogenated shortening and margarine. In other words, they're pretty darn good. And we want everyone to try them. So tell us what day should be Vegan Day?
